Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

In short: Oregon Roof Installers is a free matching service, not a roofing contractor. We connect you with independent, third-party roofing contractors ("Matched Contractors") who compete for your project. Any agreement, quote, or work performed is between you and the Matched Contractor — not us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Oregon Roof Installers website (oregonroofinstallers.com) or submitting a request form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. What This Service Is

Oregon Roof Installers is a free lead-matching and referral platform. We are not a licensed roofing contractor, general contractor, or construction business, and we do not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee any roofing work. When you submit a request, we forward your project details and contact information to independent, third-party roofing contractors who may contact you with a quote.

Any contract, estimate, warranty, pricing, scheduling, or work performed is solely between you and the Matched Contractor you choose to hire. We are not a party to that agreement and have no liability for the quality, timing, licensing status, insurance, or workmanship of any Matched Contractor.

Information on this website — including cost estimates from the estimator tool — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote, contract, or guarantee.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request, and to independently verify the license, insurance, reputation, and qualifications of any Matched Contractor before entering into an agreement or authorizing work. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

4. SMS Text Message Terms

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our request form, you agree to the following terms for text message communications:

5. No Warranties

This website and its contents, including the cost estimator, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, licensing status, or suitability of any Matched Contractor or the information on this site.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oregon Roof Installers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, your reliance on information found here, or any work performed, quoted, or contracted by a Matched Contractor.

7. Third-Party Contractors & Links

This website connects you with independent third-party roofing contractors and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not employ, supervise, or control Matched Contractors and are not responsible for their conduct, licensing, insurance, pricing, or workmanship. Links are provided for convenience only.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Oregon.
